        There are many negative impacts of the timing scheme used by the company on the employee’s satisfaction and productivity. The need of adopting a flexible working time arrangement emerged as a necessity to keep the employees motivated and productive. The problem of not taking into account the work-life balance of the employees has many drawbacks and affects the working environment and the organizational performance in a big way. On the other hand, opening the door to flexible working may lead to lack of discipline and reduces the working time to critical levels. 

The significance of the study of Evaluating Effects of Time Flexibility upon Work Efficiency in Oman Public Sector

        The research study contributes by providing the sufficient knowledge about the flexibility of the time fir enhancing the work efficiency in the Omani public sectors of Diwan of Royal Court. This study contributes by providing sufficient knowledge to the policy makers of the Diwan of Royal Court for making the new strategies to enhance the efficiency of the work. The study is interesting because it provides a comprehensive analysis of the role and the importance of time flexibility for both the employees and the organizations in the public sector especially in Diwan of Royal Court (Oman Botanic Garden). The study is important regarding Diwan of Royal Court because it provides sufficient knowledge for balancing the requirements of the courts along with its responsibilities that are related to the organization.  It also explains the requirements of the employees to meet the personal responsibilities and needs. The research study contributes for the policy makers of the Diwan of Royal Court and it is also referred as the interesting study because it is beneficial for the both sides of the equation for its win-win deal. The importance flexible working time is also analyzed by this project for the employees and organization.
