The tactic of the knowledge also can be elicit by the
people who are the suppliers and buyers of the ORS and by conducting the survey
from the current user and potential user of the ORC the new innovative
information can be collected for the ORC. The stake holders of the ORC
particularly suppliers of the company have wide ranges of the knowledge related
to the equipment that is usually used in the manufacturing process. With the
expert knowledge and the artefacts they have, they are able to manage the
knowledge that comes from this department. The ORC has grown in technology due
to the knowledge from this department (Dalkir, 2013).
Utilized and Applied Knowledge:
For the advancement and nurturing of the department,
the knowledge that is provided by the workers is very important. In addition,
