Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) was developed in 1973, on 15th of May as an organization of public utility that aims to protect, represent, and regulate industrial and commercial interests in various sectors. In Muscat, OCCI is headquartered, and it has its juristic influence and personality. OCCI has the aim to create the private sector of Oman while ensuring sustainable development.

OCCI is not only the good marketing organization products which maintain the different records along with the relationship by the clients. Multitasking of employees is one of them who handle the multiple responsibilities very easily. Some of the employees do specialize in various fields, which is also take to learn the individual’s roles. The employees who have the capability to handle the more than one task ta the single time is the multitaskers. Some of the employees do not like that as being dependent on others; they prefer upgrading the existing skills from time to time (Buser & Peter, 2012). They help to face the problems with the smiles, where they also do not crib in emergency situations, but it tries to best to handle the various tasks. The multitasking of the employees benefits the OCCI, because they reduce the cost of the hiring, for the several individuals who performed the specialized tasks. The employees who do have the additional skills in upgrading their knowledge. So till this time treat the OCCI as the mere sources for earning money, which find everything apart for the routine of your jobs. Several employees that have the edge over the others, which is generally preferred through the capabilities of handling the multiple responsibilities. These employees are more reliable; the OCCI looks today for the employees who think beyond the horizon which believe in contributing the expected outcomes (Managementstudyguide, 2019).

To achieve the organization goal, there must be an appropriated and stimulating work environment. And one of the things that can ensure this is by sharing the tasks and responsibilities among employees. In OCCI, there is multitasking in work because there is no clear job description for each occupation. Moreover, the management depends more on that employee with high skills to do the tasks neglecting the real employees of these tasks.

According to the proposal, it takes a look at the multitasking of employees in OCCI and has an impact on the OCCI. As the OCCI technology changes, then the manager requires to make decisions that efforts which increase productivity. The review of the multitasking of employees in OCCI also increase and decrease productivity .Then the further discussion is also that, how the multitasking of employees is implemented in OCCI. When identifying the issues within the OCCI with the proper theories and the techniques, then the analysis of the multitasking is allowed, which impact on the employees along with an OCCI. And give the proper sights to the management, to select the right method, which increases the efficiency. The multitask model is that, in which employees create the choice among their standard assigned tasks, for that the OCCI has a performances to provides as well as measures the incentives. The opportunities of the privately observed innovation for the fall outside of the performances metrics, which needs the ex-post bargaining. If the innovations are highly firms, the OCCI provide the lower powered incentive for the standard task that encourage the more innovation where the equilibrium of the employees undertake to few innovations. And if the innovations are less firms then the opposite occurs for the specific task.

The multitasking model of the employees selecting among the designed activities of execution that is compensated according to the defined performances measures which pursuit the unplanned innovations. The circumstances of the employees which deviate their assigned activities , for the pursue innovations as well as in what way the mangers of  OCCI is optimally influenced on the employees for the choices of innovations. The established firms, like the OCCI, maximize the efficiency as well as profits through the activities planning, and also creating the measurable metrics of performances. There are several activities, which is anticipated for a limited extent of the incremental improvement of products, in the various business of innovations, which is not planned in advances. Employees face the choices of multitasking among the standard task, and the performances, that is possible for the specific task, and these performances measure the incentive compensations as compare to pursuing the innovation where there is no ex-ant measure of performances (Hellmann & Thiele, 2011).

If the employees are on the highest level of stress, where the potential might be burnout. That is effected the harm of the company through the inducing of the rate of high turnover for the negative culture of corporate, it may either impede the productivity.
