increasing the productivity of employees, but in this research, it present that
it might be more harm than good. In the different studies, it is presented that
the high multitasker has the greater experience about the problems which is

The issue of multitasking of employee
might not be seen as a serious one, but
with time, it not only grows, but it also continues to harm the organization. Multitasking
can affect the employee's productivity, efficiency and reduce the quality of the
job. Also, it kills creativity and
mentality. Moreover, it creates a kind of dissatisfaction among employees. And
