Summing up all the discussion about the multitasking
of the employees in the OCCI, the objective is achieved. In this report, we identify
some problem with the multitasking of the employees in the OCCI, as mentioned in
the above sections. Then propose some theories, with the Fishbone, or cause and
effect techniques to overcome these problems. To achieve the organization goal,
there must be an appropriated and stimulating work environment. And this can be
ensured by sharing the tasks and responsibilities among employees. Multitasking
in OCCI prevents it from attaining their goal.
In OCCI high skills, employees are
preferred over poor skills employees from top management. The multitasking of the employees in OCCI
also impairs the memory. The desired outcome is the productivity where the
different methods are implemented to maximize it. To creating the mainstay of
the multitasking in the OCCI, the team of management supposed the potential
consequences which might arise. The discussion of the fishbone diagram, along
with the cause end effect tool is also explained, which is used for the
analysis of the Multitasking of the employees in the OCCI. The participatory
level of OCCI leaders to Multitasking of employees practices will figure out if
the change procedure has been emphatically invited or not.
