The clients having issues with pricing and costing of the products and sometime the order can be cancelled out by clients and he is not agree to buy the products and take order he always  seeking for the cancellation of the order. The contractor related factors are the, most important for such type of the projects and it also includes in the personnel errors and it occurs due to the some type of the clash among the owners and contractors for continuing the projects. There is a lack of experts to support the wastewater treatment plant in Oman since there are no educational programmes in any colleges or university that related to wastewater treatment. The government of Oman is challenged by the high cost of wastewater treatment systems, which considered being above the previous financial budget.
