            Summarizing the above discussion, I would conclude that the personal development plan covers the employability skills related information for the job position of Chief Financial Control Officer (CFO). Strong Employability skills increase the chances of being recruited on a competitive job position. My Strongest employability skills are communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork skills, and negotiation skills. While my weak employability skills that need more development and improvement are numeric skills, decision making skills, conflict handling skills, and auditing skills. In the development plan, I presented a timeline that will be followed to learn these skills through practice, participation, and reading literature including Journal Articles and books. According to the plan, classroom activities involving an oral presentation, group activities, and guest speaking in seminars will be used as supportive sources for the development of skills. Moreover, challenges related to academic life and work experiences will be taken in a positive way to get achievement in this personal development plan. Employability skills are really important in career success. Research studies has presented importance of role played by employability skills in future promotion and getting recruitment easily for the competitive job positions. Acquiring employability skills also help out a candidate stand outside the competition with a strong competitive position.
