The employ ability skills are referred to as a
set of key personal attributes and transferable skills that are highly valued
by the effective performance and employee performance. The employ ability skills
are generic instead of job-specific nature. Employ ability skills are common
roles in industry and workplace for instance teamwork, communication skills,
planning, and organizational skills, technology skills, learning skills,
initiative and enterprise skills, problem solving skills and learning skills.
Employers often favor those candidates having a wide range of employ ability
skills and competent workers with the specific skills for doing jobs (Sydney. ed. Au, 2019). The employ ability
skills can be polished by gaining work experience through voluntary work for
non-profit organizations, vacation work and internships, part-time paid works,
and casual work. The qualities can be demonstrated by gaining skills and
gathering evidence (Doyle, Alison, 2019). The employ ability
skills, behavior, and attitudes are required for progress and participation in
today's dynamic work world. The employ ability skills include personal qualities
values and essential skills that enable a person to thrive through any kind of
the workplace. The solid interpersonal skills enable the workers to face the
challenges and to remain connected with the efforts of policymakers, employers,
educators and framework of employ ability skills (Ha run, et
la., 2017).
The aim of the present work is to deal with
my employability skills as an architect. I have gradually established
significant employability skills by working in different organization. In the
present work, I will use my interpersonal skills to analyze my employability skills
and I will propose a development plan to improve my skills.
