Regardless of the basic requirements of the job positions the
employers also expect for having verbal and written communication skills.
Depending on the position in the workplace, the employee must be able to have
effective communication with the manager, customers, and employees. The
communication skills demonstrate Professional Employment history and in
professional place, one must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently
(Cte. ed. gov, 2019). Learning about writing enabled me to
learn about speaking. Most often workplace becomes relatively more diverse and
communication skills enable to have effective conflict management. As an
architect, my communication skills distinguishes me from others due to the
ability to have effective mentoring, leadership, flexibility, encouragement,
and positive or negative reinforcement (Doyle, 2019).
