In order to manage a project,
collaboration with other employees is essentially required. My project
management skills make me able to have cooperation in most sectors of the
organization and the professional world. The joint efforts of all the members
and the team working is a collaboration. Managing priorities of everyone with
the variety of protective is difficult work and required to meet the
expectation of all the members. The success of project management depends upon
mutual respect of the members and cooperative spirits (Oluwatayo, et al., 2016). Employees typically
seek those workers that can play an effective role in the team and those who
are willing to have a balanced personal achievement with all the goals of the
group of members. The coordination and collaboration of team members are
required to complete a successful project with the prescribed period of time. I
often use emotional intelligence to deal with bigger problems such as
stubbornness and laziness of team members (Harun, et al., 2017).
Critical and creative skills of Employability
Skills
During my work experience, I
have developed a sufficient ability to have creative and critical thinking.
Creative thinking can be defined as a way of thinking outside the box and
following new patterns that are not obvious. As a creative person, I can devise
new methods and ways to resolve the problems and to meet the challenges.
Creative and critical thinking is an employability skill that can be improved
and strengthened with the practice.
Creative thinking enables me
to resolve different issues based on my assumptions. The best example of
creative thinking is to have material application according to the requirement (Maina, 2018). I have developed
top creative thinking skills that include analytical consideration,
problem-solving ability, organization of important part of the project,
effective communication with the workers, clients or vendors. Other artistic
creativity such as composing new packages of the project, brainstorming with the
staff members, and improvement in Customer services are considered as Creative
Thinking abilities. While on the other hand, critical thinking is an ability to
analyze the information objectively and subjectively and to have a reasonable
judgment (Harun, et
al., 2017).
Critical thinking involves
different procedures for the evaluation of sources, data, research findings,
effects. The critical thinking ability and project management ability are
effective to resolve hypothetical problems in the workplace. The critical
thinking ability includes careful examination of the data and problems (Allaboutcareers. com, 2019). The critical and
analytical skills represent data analysis, interpretation, judgment,
questioning about the evidence, recognizing the differences as well as
similarities, and seeking for information (Oluwatayo, et al., 2016).
