I need to improve my foreign
language skills. The ever-increasing proportion of work requires particularly
larger practices. Architecture and building designing are an international
business, therefore, it might worth A-level language skills. Learning foreign
languages will improve my employability skills and it will relish a chance to
delve deep into understanding architecture. Learning through different language
is will explore creative and conceptual ideas. Attending external languages
literature and events that were organized by the Royal Institute of British
architect will improve communication skill (Allaboutcareers. com, 2019).

Role of employability skills in career success of Employability
Skills
The unpredictable and Rapid
changes in the world economy have a direct impact on the labor market. This
change introduced a higher expectation of graduate employers and new trends in
marketing. In the world of the employment market, the talent of graduates is a
critical path and assessment of employee attributes and skills is highly
required. In order to have a successful future career, the graduate architect
must satisfy the requirements of personal attribute along with skills. The
study was conducted to gain insight into employee perspective and to identify
the skills required for the success of a career. The study highlights higher
employee satisfaction and Critical skills required by the employer (Oluwatayo, et al., 2016).
The role of the architect in
a company is to design structures and buildings both inside and outside. The
process of architecting depends upon functions, engineering, and aesthetics.
Architecture is an art that is durable and publicly assessed by the members.
The architects offer well designed structured with enriched public life
considerations (Doyle, Alison, 2019). Building designing
must be functional and safe therefore employers often consider graduated and experienced
team members with higher employability skills. Besides course work of
graduation, one must extend his experience with an internship under
high-profile supervision to learn more about employability skills. Open the
positions of an architect requires thoroughly familiarized applicant with the
training sessions and skills. The requirements of success are exhaustive but
include different considerations for the safe functioning of buildings (Bcu. ac. uk, 2015). The self-assessment
considered in the present work depend upon generic skills taught in course work
and professional skills improved by internships in different companies. The
most important feature of an architect is time management that generally
involves work and practices with the deadlines under certain pressure
conditions.
The aim of the present study
was to investigate the prescribed job market conditions and improvement of
different areas of skills. The time management skills unable to deal with the
deadlines of work and pressure. Engineering and mathematical skills improve
learning about mathematics, geometry, and physics. After learning about
improved designing and engineering it is possible to develop energy efficient
sustainable structures of building and earthquake proof structures (Harun, et al., 2017). These abilities
depend upon practices and testing processes. The design skills are important
for safety and functions and artistic movements in the relevant field.
Fortunately, the architectural training process improves the technical ability
and decoding processes. The computer literacy and skills to operate
computer-based software enables to draw actual plans on the computer. The
computer aided software skills have enough rehired impact on career development
and success. The visual output improved in this field with the development of
architectural drafting software (Maina, 2018).
The communication skills of architect improve the strong conversation between
stakeholders of the project. It is impossible to design a building structure
alone without having communication with professional architects. Therefore,
communication skills have a definite impact on a future career. Attending
international and national training courses and relevant conferences and
seminars have an effect on continuing professional development and maintaining
the competences (Oluwatayo, et al., 2016). Gaining chartered
membership of the Royal Institute of British architects will enable key
progression and career development. Largest private organizations firmly
require distinguished achievements in the professional career and provide
opportunities for advancement. The improved employability skills, experiences,
knowledge, and attributes would lead to navigate through a successful career (Bcu. ac. uk, 2015).
Every stage of the career
demands ability to analyses, identify, and convincingly articulate the skills. Employability
skills are required for selecting future professional development and career
planning. Work integrated learning skills reflect the possibility for
meaningful development in the future career. The employability attributes are
approaches used by the employer before hiring a new candidate for a position
and these attributes include honesty and integrity, motivation and enthusiasm,
reliability and sense of Management, adaptability of environment, commitment,
and loyalty with the workplace (Oluwatayo, et al., 2016).
