Executive Summary of Management of Teachers as a Director of High School

            The purpose of this research is to investigate the management of the teachers in high school and what role the director of the high school are playing in managing their school staff. This study will explore how school teachers are management by the directors and what challenges the director to face in managing the teachers. It is obvious that managing teachers in high schools is very important because the teachers are the one who will go to educate the students and build their personality. The teachers are not only responsible for providing only education but also responsible for making the students a good human being. In other words, there is a huge responsibility on the shoulders of the teachers. In this study, it will be investigated whether the management of the teachers have any impact on the performance of high school or not. Furthermore, the study will explore whether the management of the teachers have any impact on the efficiency & performance of the students or not. The study will investigate thoroughly explore the management of the teachers and how it is related to the efficiency & performance of the high school and its students
