Educational institutions play a vital role in creating a society. Educational institutions not only enhance the skills and knowledge of the individual but also perform research which provides the solutions of complex problems. Many people go to educational institutions so that they can learn and become a productive citizen of society. Many individuals plan regarding their future carriers and then choose the subjects which would help them to achieve their desired goals. In educational institutions, whether they are universities, colleges or high school, the teachers are the one who is responsible for providing quality education to their students (Shrivastava, 2016). If the teachers lack appropriate skills of teaching, then the students might unable to enhance their skills. Therefore the purpose of this research is to investigate the management of the teachers in the high school and what role the director of the high school are playing in managing their school staff (MORENO, 2015)

This study will explore how school teachers are management by the directors and what challenges the director to face in managing the teachers. It is obvious that managing teachers in high schools is very important because the teachers are the one who will go to educate the students and build their personality. The teachers are not only responsible for providing only education but also responsible for making the students a good human being. In other words, there is a huge responsibility on the shoulders of the teachers (Concordia University-Portland, 2013). The director or head of the high school has the highest responsibility because it is not only responsible for the administrative duties of the school but also responsible for the management of the teachers (Cardno & Middlewood, 2002).

In this study, it will be investigated whether the management of the teachers have any impact on the performance of high school or not. Furthermore, the study will explore whether the management of the teachers have any impact on the efficiency & performance of the students or not. The study will investigate thoroughly explore the management of the teachers and how it is related to the efficiency & performance of the high school and its students. Apart from school performance, the study will investigate the challenges which the high school director faces while managing their staff members. The research will also suggest the methods through which the challenges can be overcome, and management of the teachers can be improved (Schwanke, 2016).

It is obvious that if the teachers of the high school are going to be managed appropriately, then they will be able to provide quality education to the students. It means that the maximum number of students in high school will get good grades, and the dropout from high school will reduce up to a lot of extents. The student dropout increases when they are not satisfied with their teacher or the teacher unable to address the issues of their students. Many teachers today use various teaching methods for not only providing good education but also meeting the needs of 21st-century education (Marzano, et al., 2003). Today teachers try to increase the teacher-student contact so that they can understand the student's mind and can address their concerns. However, sometimes due to ineffective management, the high school teachers unable to perform their duties effectively, which results in poor grades of the student and overall performance of the school decreases. Therefore, it can be said that the management of teachers is essential (Terziu, et al., 2016).
