The
aim of the research is to explore the ways through which the director of high
school can better manage their teachers. The study will discuss the challenges
which the school directors of the 21st-century face during managing
the staff and how such challenges can be overcome. Furthermore, the study will
discuss the relationship between the management of the school teachers and the
overall performance of the high school. In simple words, the study is exploring
the management of teachers from various perspectives (Meador, 2019).
Following are some of the key objectives of the research:
To investigate the ways through which high
school directors can better manage their teachers.
To investigate the challenges which the director
of school face during the management of their staff members.
To explore the relationship between teacher
management and the performance of the high school (Mostafa, et al., 2015).
To explore the relationship between teacher
management and the performance of the students.
To provide a solution to the challenges which
the director of the school faces during the management of teachers (Creatrix Campus, 2016)
Scope of Research of Management of Teachers
as a Director of High School
This
research has a vast scope because not only it providing ways of improving the
management but also providing the solution to various management related challenges.
The research is investigating the relationship of teacher management with the
performance of school and students. In other words, the research is highly
important for the educational institutions who are looking for improving the management
of their staff members. Through this study, the role of director of the school
can be understood. The future researchers can use this study for further exploring
the ways of improving the management of teacher as director of the educational
institution. Although this study has provided a variety of information about
teacher management, it only focuses on high school. The study has not focused
on universities or other educational institution. It means that the research has
limitations. However, the research limitations will not affect the credibility
or reliability of the research (wallacefoundation.org, 2019)

As
discussed earlier, the research will explore the role of high school director
in managing the teachers. The following are the research questions to which the
study will provide answers:
What are the ways through which high school
director can manage its teachers more effectively?
What are the challenges which the high school
director faces during teacher management? (Kumar, 2010).
Is there any relationship between the management
of high school teachers and the performance of high school?
What is the solution to the challenges which the
director faces during the management of their staff? (Walden University, 2019)
