            It is obvious that when the teachers are going to perform their duties appropriately than the students will get a quality education. When students are going to get a good education than there is a significant amount of chance that the students will get good grades, and their chances of school success will increases. The students face difficulty when teachers are unable to understand the needs & preferences of the students. Because of this, the student dropout rate increases and student success in the school become difficult.
