The
context of the problem is too much necessary while there must be pointing out
the problems of any sectors. Because the context is the essential ways to explain
and define the problems in effective manners. Such as related to the
negotiation skills there are several studies that are conducted on the conflict
management and these all studies argue that that negotiation is referred as an
important skill for all levels of the Haya water of the Oman. For improving the
negotiation skills it needs a lot training that must be carried.
The

culture of the Oman is not allowed to mutual and co-working same dress code of
its staff. This problem of the gender discrimination can creates various kinds
of the conflicts among the staff. There
are the various problems related to the conflict managements in the Haya water

better. As the case of the reducing
revenue of the Service sector of the Oman.
The major issues arises in the Haya Water just
because of the miscommunication the contractors and builder and developer. The
Haya Water is facing the issues related to the delays in the completion of
their projects. In 2015 the Haya water is awarded by the projects of the Al
Khuwair area for Balance Works North and South, the completion dead line of this
projects is in 2017 but it could not complete yet 2019. The ranges and
evaluation is decrease due to this problem.

It can be beneficial for the mangers of the organization. It will also
contributes for the methods and knowledge of the conflict managements along
with its personal domain as well as their influence of the job satisfaction for
enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The following things
can be better by this study.

by this study. This study also contributes for increasing the knowledge for managing
the conflicts in well manners. This study contributes for developing the
mangers skills in the organization that is required for improving the relationships
among the seniors and juniors. The skills are developed by this study for resolving
the disputes and conflicts between the groups and individuals.

study contribute for the benefits of the employees of the Haya water around the
globe because by concerning with this study the employees will be able to
understands the significance of conflicts managements along with its influence
on the team under the working. This study will assist them to encouraging and
help them to ignore the perceived conflicts.

study contributes for the benefits of the general public by expanding its
knowledge of significance for managing the conflicts in daily routine. The study
contribute for the managements of the Haya water because if the conflicts in
the organization will not resolved effectively its can be leads towards the
fewer profits, lower sales and poor customers.
Objectives of the Study of Haya water in Oman

major purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the conflict and negotiations
on the Haya water by measures the effects of the conflicts management’s in the performance
of the Haya water of the Oman. The aim of this study is to evaluate conflicts
