The design of the research study explained as the types of the study. There re the various types of the studies as semi-experimental, correlation, descriptive, experimental, review, meta-analytic. The descriptive design of the study is used in this study because it is the good design for describing the methods and values of the studies.  In the context of role played by all the mangers in identifying conflicts cases and errors, the qualitative research method will be applied (Creswell, 2014).

        The reason behind this is due to qualitative research method will provide proper analysis around this research topic.  The qualitative research design is used in this study because it have less time to analyze the data. The collection method secondary and primary data will be implemented in this study, in which primary information would be gathered throughout the questionnaire approach. In the other hand, the secondary data collection will use the data gathered from reliable sources such as books, journal articles, etc.

Determine data gathering techniques of Haya water in Oman

        Both types of the secondary and primary data will be used for conducting this research study. The secondary data refers as the data which is existing previously for another projects and this data can be called from the various pools and official websites for measuring the numbers of the country that is referred as the time series data as well. The pre-existing data is referred as the secondary data.  The primary data is collected by the survey interviews and observation. There two research a method that is used in the primary data.

        This study will be conducted by using the research method as qualitative.  The qualitative research is leads towards the theories and concepts that are used in the research study and the observations of the several researchers are also includes in the qualitative research methods. There are the serval data gathering techniques under the qualitative research methods. Most important and common ways of data gathering techniques are the focus group discussions, observational methods, interviews and document analysis.

In the interview methods few of the questions will provide for the respondents who belong to an organization to answer and collect the data from there. In addition to this, the secondary data collection will gather all the data that needed for the next analysis process from the reliable sources such as the books or journal articles which explain about the conflict managements in identifying fraud cases and errors in Haya water of Oman (Creswell, 2014).

        For collecting the data by suing the interviews methods few question will be asked from the employees of the valuation sectors related to the conflicts and negotiation strategies in the organization. The theories of the various researchers that are presents in the literature review are the good sources of the qualitative research methods and discuss the views and points for the association of the conflicts management and negotiation strategies and performance of the Haya water.

        The data analysis is the simple procedure for identifying the qualitative data for the explanation of the particular phenomena. In the qualitative research method data will be analyzed for; organizing the data, interpreting the data, identification of the pattern, and the data field’s ties to the research objectives. For the formation of the verifiable and informed conclusions. To analyze the qualitative data considered as the very tough and confusing job because of its unstructured nature. Though the data can be analyzed in any form by using the right methodology and good techniques of the data analysis.
