Part 1
The
situation is about to change the management system of the organization. This is
because this organization is falling behind in the local market due to no progression in the regular statistics of the
organization. Due to this, many staff members or employees are unable to show
concern with this organization. According to this situation, the manager has to
take some risky steps to save the future for this company as a leader. This is
the main requirement of the hour. The manager knows how to deal with this issue, but
for this, the most important task was to
develop trust in his employees so that
this problem can be solve easily (Shek & Chung, 2015).
Part 2
The
role of a manager is to manage all the
tasks of the organization, and check out other industries progress so that they
can easily stay in the local market. Due
to the lack of management system in the
organization, the manager was unable to
maintain the organization progress. Due to his efforts, the company is lacking
behind in the local market. The manager
was extremely worried about the condition because he has not faced this kind of condition in his life. Nothing is going
good in the organization at that time (Malloch & Porter-O'Grady, 2009).
Part 3
The
role of subordinates in this situation is extremely important because they are playing a major role in the progression of
this company. However, the problem is that there is nobody that will guide them
the right path what they have to do for the betterment of the company. After
hearing about the condition of the company, all employees of the company were
at stake. They are blaming the manager of the company because of his worst
efforts. Due to this, the subordinates of the company were involved in making
the environment of the company worse than before (Lussier & Achua, 2012).
Section 2
For
solving this issue, the manager arranged a proper meeting with his employees. This
is because through this communication and collaboration they can easily solve
this issue and put this company right back on the track. This was the need of
the hour.
Manager:
I am going to address you about the problem that this company is facing due to
my mistakes. I know I can fix this if
you people that are attending this meeting will collaborate with me and solve
this issue. You are going to do it for the company. I know you all too much
concerned with the organization and that really a positive point from your
side.
Employee:
How much trouble this company is facing can you elaborate
on it?
Manager:
Yes, I will tell you in detail about the problem, and I will tell you what you have to do.
Employee:
Is this company is leading towards an end?
Manager:
No, No, my dear employee this company is just a fraction falling behind from
the other companies in the local market.
Moreover, if we do not take this issue seriously so in the future we may fall
behind and unable to stay in the local
market.
Employee:
Is that problem can be solved or not?
Manager:
Yes, this problem can be solve easily if you people will follow what I will
tell you in the future so that this
problem can be solved easily in less
period of time.
Employee:
How difficult to solve this problem for us to solve it?
Manager:
I will be completely sincere with you people because you are the main pillars
of the company. In the start, it is extremely difficult for you people to solve
this problem because it will take some
time to understand the problem and then you will work on it.
Employee: Tell me something about your plan that what will
you do to solve this issue.
Manager:
This is not important that I will tell you about how to solve it. My job is to
guide you people about the right part to solve this problem.
Employee:
Can you please tell me about the strategy to solve this problem?
Manager:
Yes, I will tell you about the strategy to solve this problem with the company. I just need Proper
Corporation from your side so that this problem can be minimize easily
Employee:
Yes, we will cooperate with you with sincerity. However, can you please elaborate on what we have to do for resolving
this issue of the company?
Manager:
We are going to change the environment of the company by hiring new efficient
employees in our company.
Employee:
Are you completely sure about this strategy of hiring new employees in the
company.
Manager:
Yes, this is a perfect idea to hire new
employees in this company. I have analyzed this strategy in detail, and after analyzing this strategy in detail
then after this, I am discussing it with
you.
Employee:
Okay, then after this what we will have to do for the company.
Manager:
I know you people are experiencing people
you can easily guide new people about the whole organization in less time. My
job is to give the right way and leads
towards solving the problem of the company.
Employee:
Don’t you think that due to this strategy it will harm the whole environment of
the organization in the future.
Manager:
Yes, there a question related to this problem in my mind. However, the good
thing is that through this we can solve this particular problem and make this
organization better than before in the local
market. I am thankful to you that you appreciate my words with attention and I
hope you can easily solve this problem.
