Conclusion of Confucius Role of Government

        After analyzing different elements of Confucius philosophy and its effect on society with various real-world examples, it can be said that Confucius philosophy may not be fully applicable in modern times, but its majority elements are still relevant and they can enhance the better role of governments. It was evident in the case of Taiwan that Confucius philosophy and its ethics were strongly rooted in their society, but they still are able to adopt the essence of democracy, because Confucius philosophy does have capability to go well with the democratic values, because common good of people is the basic idea of both. The Japanese economic development by integrating various Confucius ethics also showed that Confucius philosophy has great capability to work with modern political systems, and if its beneficial elements are considered by governments round the world, they can certainly perform a better role for their people.
