        There are four main components of transformational leadership which are also known as 4Is Inspirational Motivation, Individualized consideration, Idealized Influence and Intellectual stimulation.

        Yes I felt I have few of these components in my personality being transformational leadership. I can be Transformational leader because I have all qualities of TL.I can fulfill my duties by following these few steps in which includes creating the inspiring vision for the future. I will motivate the peoples for delivering the vision by managing the delivery of the vision. I will ever build strong trust, relationships which will based on the strong trust. I am so inspired by the leadership style of Muhammad Ali Jinnah who has raised the idea of freedom in the Muslim of the subcontinent.
