        Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is an organisation for the public utility that was founded on 15th May in 1973. The Oman Chamber of Commerce and industry focus on the regularising the business interests, defend, business development and on the representation in the different fields of business. Oman Chamber of commerce and industry (OCCI) has its head office in Muscat and has several braches in there all governorates. Besides the organisation has its juristic personality.

OCCI’s general assembly has to carry out some several tasks that mentioned below:

            The Oman chamber of commerce and the industry applied the model to the organisation to know about the real and competitors on in the market. When they applied, they realised that many companies in the other countries wanted to grow their businesses after knowing all the things they started to support the national companies to go further. It was very beneficial in the analysis that made the strategies better to gain higher sales of the organisations and get a large profit.
