There are many external issues that did make some impacts on the
strategies of Oman chamber of commerce and industry (OCCI). OCCI did face many
challenges, including many HR-related issues, financial, marketing issues,
operational and related to the policy as well as the legal things. There much
more issues on for there the Oman chamber of commerce which is the head of many
companies in Oman. The proposed organisation did make many strategies for development
of business and for the growth but the many external factors did put negative
impacts on the strategies on business development. Those issues or challenges
were hard enough to handle because they have become the political issues. So
that’s why the proposed organisation cannot handle those issues because of
government has to make some diplomatic talks to other countries at the time of
instability. It is always difficult for organisations to deal with political
issues, because these issues are not in their control. When there are issues,
which are in organisational domains; they can resolve those issues accordingly.
But political issues have to be solved by governments, and if they don’t take
any considerable actions, then business organisations will always suffer its
negative effects.
The proposed analysis report shows
that the challenges or issues did put impacts on the organisation that is
facing currently many political, economic, international issues. For example,
In spite of the history that Oman composes a law in the country to grow the
business, at the same time many external factors including the upcoming
hardships in the economy, the youth role, process of success and the shrinking
leverage for the foreign policy of Oman. It means that all issues did effect on
the business that takes the business to the backward to make it unstable. It is
important factor to keep in mind that when there is political instability, then
economy suffers its negative impact because organisations have to deal with
those instable circumstances (Al-Jumeily, et al., 2014).
During the War of Yemen, the
business was in danger. The war did directly affect the business areas that
many companies did target. There were many restrictions to do the business openly.
The war did damage the market places where the marketers and companies can’t do
business. We may not differentiate between the loyalty to sultan and the
loyalty to the state due to the personalization of the Omani state highly, and
that’s why the succession may also affect the relation of the state of society.
It is also vital to understand that when there is instability in the region due
to war or other relevant crisis, then whole region pays its price. So, when
crisis arises in any region, all stakeholders should play their part to keep
things under control, as it will allow a region to prosper on social and
economic terms.
Whenever the start of Oman did
belong to the stable position category like other countries such as Greece,
Bulgaria and Hungary because of the negative tendencies are highlighted
recently. In the last decade, the state and proposed organisation did suffer the
worst things for the sack making stable, but that is very far enough to be more
complex. Despite of being more critical it did there become the second-worst
ever score in the region and in the gulf cooperation council. The analysis report on
external issues of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) shows the
relative stability at the domestic level, and Oman is now facing many hurdles
on the middle terms (Al-Jebouri, et al., 2017).
