If I copy something at work, for work, can I still be held personally liable for infringement of copyright? Why/Why not?

Copying something at work for work with knowledge of copyright violation with the organization unaware of the situation will make both the organization and the individual liable but the weight of liability is greater on the individual and the company’s behavior is liable to misconduct. Not every copyright infringement results in liability and depends on the usage and the commercial and non-commercial personal use. If a company encourages copyright infringement with employees having no knowledge than the company is liable and if the employee has knowledge than the company is liable. If both are unaware than the company is liable for consequences and has to prove their point of view.
