Apple is one of the most innovative companies because of its development of innovative
products for example iMac, iPhone and iPod. The making of video, music, film
and records results in Apple increase its brand recognition. The Apple, Inc. major
Dynamic Capabilities are its innovative design and, hardware and software technology.
The iPad, iPhones, and iPod are the major products of Apple, Inc. with modern
features and technological innovation. Apple, Inc. is very strong corporation
as far as finances are concern. The Apple, Inc. is very much concern with its
technological innovative and design. All of the gadgets that Apple, Inc.
brought in market were very innovative and uses advanced technology. The
products of Apple Inc. look smart, can store a large amount of data and have a fast
processing speed. The core Dynamic Capabilities of Apple Inc. is robust (Heisler,
2015).
It
is very difficult to duplicate the Apple products because of their highly
technological advancements. On the other side, Apple is dependable in its
development of product portfolio. The technological aspects and innovation of
the Apple Inc. are the key drivers of success for the company. Apple Inc. is
very reactive to any changes by the competitors in the market. For example,
when Dell launched its tablet and Apple introduced iPad 2 (Teece, 2011).
Apple Inc. always keeps an eye on the trends in the market
and tries to be the best in the competition. The nature of technology in Apple
Inc. keeps changing rapidly depending on the demands in the market. The Apple
Inc. has been focusing on the competencies development, not just limited to
technology but also marketing and competitive strategies. So, it can be said that the Apple is the best example
of dynamic capabilities that also helped the company to be innovative in the changing
