The
Apple Inc. resources are both intangible and tangible. The tangible resources
are the company property that has some sort of physical existence. Consequently,
the company tangible resource is the physical labour and equipment etc. While
intangible resources are assets includes knowledge and skills about creative
and management processes. The tangible resources of company is almost the
same like any other competitor in the market but the intangible sources of
company are more likely to contributes towards the success of company. The
leadership, employees, vision, philosophy and values of the company make it
exceptional and the drivers of Apple’s success. Other than the intangible
resources, Apple also has huge financial resources that help the company to practice
technological innovation and take risks (Camilleri, 2015).
