Discussion on Developing Conference planning

As we have to discuss the three websites that organize the conference and also the travel advisor. The first website is ASTA (American Society of travel advisors). When I visited the ASTA homepage there I a lot of information found in the front of the page. You can easily get information about upcoming events. You can also learn about the latest news about ASTA. The one thing which I don’t like about the ASTA homepage this page is very messy extra information given some times excess of everything is bad. And then I don’t like the color combination of the website. If I want to change this website first, I make the website more users friendly. The picture of target audience is available on the website.

Now we look at another website named as HPBA (Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association). This website is looking at good all the important information is present on the homepage of the website. This website is also related to organize the conference and also arrange an educational exhibition. The Color scheme is good, and the website is more user-friendly than the ASTA. The target audience defined in the website. All the important news or latest exhibition update is available on the front page.

Last but not the least we visited the third website GBTA (Global Business Travel Association). This website organized in a good manner. The color combination is very effective. In the homepage of GBTA, all the information organized and easily found on the website. The target audience mentioned on the page. This website also for arranging the conference. Personally from the all three website GBTA website is best in all manner as this website is more user-friendly than the above two. After this website, the HPBA is a good one. The problem with this website is that the font size is small and it will be more user friendly like the GBTA.
