Reflection of Self-Assessment & Reflection

        Here I am discussing the results of SAR 4. The results of SAR shows that i can perform the counselling quite effectively and I have the skills which are required for providing counseling. When you are working in a team in college and have to deliver the project on time. It is important that each member share the information accurately and perform its task completely and on time. Sometimes different members unable to understand things effectively which leads to various problems. I have provided counseling to the some of the team members which helped them to understand different things efficiently. Through perform self-assessment I have realized that I have strong communication skills which are important to work as a team.

        To provide coaching it is important that not only you have good understanding of your own emotions but also the emotions of other individuals. Without understanding yourself one cannot realize the sentiments and beliefs of other person. I can say clearly that I do have good understanding of other people emotions which allow me train other people effectively. That is why I have score well in the coaching activity that is described in the survey.

        In the feedback activity I have scored high which means that in can take or give feedback quite efficiently it is important to take the feedback from different individuals so that it can be known whether the coaching has been done accurately or not. The survey is showing that I have scored high in feedback which means that I am good in communication and can address the issues more effectively. I have understood that I am quite good in addressing the issues which means that I have problem solving skills.

            The communication skills not only have importance in academic life but also in the professional life as well. I know that the good communication skills will help me in future when I will work for a multinational corporation. In organization communication matters a lot and I believe that I will face no difficulty while communicating with my colleagues or the top management.

         My self-assessment has allowed me to identify the skills that I have and how I use them. I can become a good leader in the future because for being a good leader it is important to have good communication skills. I have realized that it can resolve the problem and can influence other therefore it evident that it can become a good leader.

        Through self-assessment I have found that there is a lot of room for improvement in the future. There is a need to utilize different communication styles effectively along with some other skills which are important for being a leader. I can improve my personality in the future through which I can become a good leader. Today I can understand the emotions or believes of different individuals efficiently because i have good emotional intelligence skills.
