The US Department of the Defense
has appointed the private companies securities for supporting stability
operation and international peace in the country in the field of security
governance. For the health governance, the World Bank is providing funds to the
NGOs. To increase the health of the population of the Afghan people United
State agencies, the European Union is providing funds for international
development (Willetts 2010).
For both fields, international
and government associations have the performance of employees which is based on
contracting and measurement performance for legitimizing the association of the
functions of the services to non-state actors regarding the population and
government of Afghan. It relies on their own donor and constituencies as well
as international and national public opinion. They have claimed standards of
performance are helpful in a measure the effectiveness, ensuring the accountability
of public and for the generating the legitimacy.
There is the huge difference
between health governance and security as well as it can observe by the
outcomes of the performance for the performativity action in the dual field by
comparing with detrimental consequences to how the all publi8c goods are
implemented and conceptualized.
