Regarding
the EVLN model, in the organization, there are issues related to the diversity,
as analyzed that company is not maintaining the issues of diversity. However,
all the employees are not equally treated. Thus, job satisfaction is not
responded. The work behavior can be affected if the employees are not given
equality and rights in the workplace, as there could be issues related to work
satisfaction and then their behavior because performance can be reduced.
Moreover, if an organization there is inequality in men and women then
questions can be concerned.
Storylines:
In
this way, to address the storyline with the setting, it is analyzed that
employees when face diversity issues in the company they can exit: as when
employees want to switch the job. In the case of voice: employees will be bold
and ask for change as they want equality. Moreover, in the case of loyalty;
employees don’t want to leave the organization, even if they face diversity. In
the case of negligence; employees may not work effectively.
