For
the work stress management there is a focus on the aspect that how the employee
in the company can remove the stress or if the employee withdraws from the
stressor. However, the change stress perceptions, social support as well as the
control stress consequences. In the organization; the work stress management
needs to be concerned so that employees could effectively work. However, it is
concerned that if in the organization, employees are given stress, many of them
able to manage that, however, some of them cannot be able to handle the
situations or stress.
Storylines:
Regarding
the work stress management and knowing the different types of stressors; it is
analyzed that in the company if all the employees are not treated with the equality
or if they face harassment; then there could be issues. However, some of the
employees; focus on removing the stressor through a focus on the complaint
system that actions need to be taken regarding harassment or there can be
complaints regarding the work-life balance initiatives. It is also concerned
that some of the employees focus on withdrawing from the stressor as some of
the employees go on permanent vacations and some of them go on a temporary
vacation. In the same situation as in the case of harassment, there could be
change stress perceptions as some of the employees take it as positive
self-concept and optimism. Some of the employees focus on the control stress
consequences through changing their lifestyle in case of harassment or inequality.
Many of the employees in an organization believes to receive social support as
they think it could comfort them, in case of harassment; employees may go for
emotional and informational support.
