Attractions for the sports event
can be available teams, cheap cost stadiums, interest of the people towards the
game and cheap cost sports equipment. However in answer to above mentioned
question the emphasis is on the team related attractions. The teams available
for the game competition are the prime source of attraction for the sports
event and sponsors of the game. In our target area of Mexico there are two
major types of teams available that are Tigers and Monterrey. While there are
also other teams as America clubs, Cruz Azul, Pumas, and Mexico Hail City.
Fans will prefer that meet their
expectations and requirements in the real meaning. To get their attraction and
to help them identify our services and advantages of our services we have to
develop interaction with our fans. For this purpose we have to pay attention to
the marketing strategies we will offer benefits and promote the business
through the social media marketing.
We will offer our customers and
NBA Fans coming from other cities and countries, our transportation services
included in the whole package. We can develop competitive advantage in the
market by taking help from the volunteers and getting financial aid from the
shareholders that will engage their attention in our services. Through getting
help from the volunteers (for instance by encouraging them to write their
views, experiences, and excitement towards our services on our fan pages and
social media platforms) we can cut our cost of marketing expense and also get
better results. Providing better facilities in the stadium as food, seats and
location we can also get better position in the mind of fans.
Through providing highly secured
services and encouraging competition- related events we can create a better
image in the market. To make the plan with maximum efficiency we have to make
complete plans by estimating the future possible revenue expenses for our
services. Thus budget will help us in managing the expense and providing the
best required services.
In creating 5 year projections it
is assumed that the revenue will increase with the rate of 5%. Moreover after 2
year the expenses will increase with rate of 4%.
According to the values of the
dollar and peso, 1 dollar is equals to 6.72 peso. The 5 year projection is
based on the calculation of the total possible and estimated revenue and
expense. In the calculation annual growth of the revenue is assumed as 5%. Building
(stadium) was purchased in the 1st year but the cost of building is
depreciated in 5 year through straight line depreciation method. However
estimated expense for the 5 year are considered same for all 5 year without the
effect of time value of money.
