estate business since 2004 in Abu Dhabi. Aldar properties are enhancing and
geographically expanding their business in the various area of the Middle East

In 2005, owners of the company got
registration for open trade of shares on Abu Dhabi Stock. Famous projects of
real estate development by the Aldar properties are known as Ferrari World and
Yas Island real estate project. After continuously working on various estate
developing projects corporate level management of the company decided to merge
the business with Sorouh real estate developer PJSC. Merger decision not only
diversified the assets and business of the organization in the target market
but also influence the overall strategy of the organization. Therefore now the
strategy of the Aldar properties is a mutually agreed upon strategy by the
parent and subsidiary companies.
Aldar Properties is not only
limited to their residential properties but they are also covering the
development projects related to national housing and retail properties. Major projects
