highly liked by their targeted market? Company spends a huge amount every year
to research the requirements of the customers and their expectations towards
the new real estate development projects of the Aldar properties. In accordance
to research organizations can enhance the customer’s equity towards their
products and services by improving the customer’s experiences towards the service
offered by the organization (Ferrell, et al. 2014).

and cheap rate services. In fact their customers are searching for the comfort,

because of high quality material used in the construction and residential area
from the security threats and pollution are the most motivating factors for the
customers that increases their level of satisfaction and loyalty towards the

positioning has direct influence on the customer satisfaction and their
