Companies having strategies and policies supportive for the customer service are encouraging to make their services highly prefect in regards to quality and satisfaction for their services delivering in the professional style that appeals to the taste of customers. The main purpose of the customer service is to enhance the customer’s equity for the business through improving the customer’s satisfaction level for the new real estate development projects started by the Aldar properties. Aldar Properties is highly concerned with the satisfaction of the customer. Vision and mission statement of the company is to improve the lifestyle and provide the opportunity to the customer to fulfill all their dreams about the house and offices (Mishra and Mishra 2009).

Company spends a huge amount every year to research the requirements of the customers and their expectations towards the new real estate development projects of the Aldar properties. In accordance to research organizations can enhance the customer’s equity towards their products and services by improving the customer’s experiences towards the service offered by the organization (Ferrell, et al. 2014).

              Aldar Properties are familiar with the fact that their customers are not always searching for the low prices and cheap rate services. In fact their customers are searching for the comfort, delight, and quality. Modern buildings, equipped with new technology, secure because of high quality material used in the construction and residential area from the security threats and pollution are the most motivating factors for the customers that increases their level of satisfaction and loyalty towards the services offered by the Aldar Properties.  

             Aldar Properties is also paying attention to the social media and advertisement of their new projects to grab the maximum attention of the customers. Positive positioning has direct influence on the customer satisfaction and their perceived values towards the customer’s services offered by the Aldar Properties (Saeidi, et al. 2015)
