the Aldar Properties with their loyal customers. Aldar Properties are focused

directors of the Aldar Properties are responsible to make policies and
strategies for the Customer relationship management (CRM). Main and most
influencing strategies of the Customer relationship management (CRM) set by the
Aldar properties is to improve the retention of the customers through offering
them different packages and wide variety of the offered products and services
as (house with different sizes, luxury and simple apartments). Other than this
management of Aldar properties has also strategy about the Customer

profitability.
Aldar properties are trying to make
changes in their business through making changes in their strategies. Now the

optimize capital structure. For the

company has also used customer journey mapping technique in order to get
information regarding the customer data strategy.
