              Customer relationship management also abbreviated as CRM is the best approach to maintain the relationship of the Aldar Properties with their loyal customers. Aldar Properties are focused on the long term strategies to develop long term satisfying relationship with their targeted customers. Target market of the Aldar Properties is the people who are living in and outside the Middle East but have interest in having assets in the Middle East (Aldar.com, 2018). The targeted market selected by the Aldar Properties is economically stable and concerned with the social status. Success of the business is hidden in the right selection of the targeted customers by the organization as through this they can better understand their needs and can develop the building that meet their standards.

            Corporate level management and directors of the Aldar Properties are responsible to make policies and strategies for the Customer relationship management (CRM). Main and most influencing strategies of the Customer relationship management (CRM) set by the Aldar properties is to improve the retention of the customers through offering them different packages and wide variety of the offered products and services as (house with different sizes, luxury and simple apartments). Other than this management of Aldar properties has also strategy about the Customer relationship management (CRM) that is about the De-duplication and customer profitability.

          Aldar properties are trying to make changes in their business through making changes in their strategies. Now the current strategies of the organization is to monetize their land bank and optimize capital structure.  For the purpose of improving customer relationship with the organization management is now working with the oracle marketing cloud (Oraclefoundation.org, 2018). The aim of all efforts is to enhance commination and interaction with the customers and collect data about the targeted audience for analysis. While on the other hand company has also used customer journey mapping technique in order to get information regarding the customer data strategy.
