The organizational structure works as a controlling factor
for the behavior of the employee and the performance of employees in the
workplace. The organizational climate of trust empowers the employees to
surface innovative concepts and feelings that ultimately improve the creativity
of the organization. In Saudi companies, individuals want to work under the
environment of trust as well as respect. The employees improve the skills and
abilities for the contribution in the organization to achieve the objectives
and goals.
The purpose of the present work is to identify the
relationship between the organizational structure in Saudi Electricity Company and
the job satisfaction, motivation, job engagement, loyalty with the
organization, innovative behavior, and coordination of individuals in the
workplace. The influence of organizational structure is examined for the levels
of job satisfaction and trust. The characteristics of job satisfaction and
growth of employees in the workplace are considered in the present work. The
analysis of results provides vision about the management and influence of
organizational culture on the working abilities of employees.
