are given right for decision making.
Decentralized and flexible
organizational structure is promoting positive behavior in the employees and
managerial staff. The organizational structure is causing to promote
motivation, loyalty and organizational commitment in the employees that make
their behavior positive for the organization. Employee's behavior in the
organization is providing the basis to the organization to win the market and
increase profitability in the targeted market.

some employees to show low-performance outcomes in the company. While the in
majority cases modern structure of organizational workforce is an actor and
motive for improvement in the performance and behavior.
