JIT and Kaizen in Toyota Japan
Focus on the
management practices of the Toyota Japan, it needs to be concerned that the
company focuses on the investment in training and there is the selection of the
top management so that company could effectively provide the benefits to the
client under the quality circle. There is the flexibility during management in
Japan management yet, however, relating to the Japan, it needs to be noticed
that Toyota is in the top ten automotive companies because it is Japan’s
largest automobile company, however, the company was formed by the Kiichiro in
1933. The Toyota Production System effectively focuses on the Japanese
management techniques so that there could be successful in the market moreover,
with the measuring and decreasing inventory the company is effectively managing
the westernized version of JIT so that the benefits under the lean
manufacturing could be obtained and so that there could be benefits under the
mass-production systems.
In the Japanese
market, the Toyota often faces the pressure for productions, however, through
the Japanese management techniques and following the cultural patterns as well
as the traditional conventions Japanese management focuses on providing the
best the customers. In traditional Japanese management, decentralized
decision-making and quality control methods are focused by some codified work
standards. However, Toyota follows the laws by the market example, the
seniority-based compensation, and other laws so that maximum benefits could be
attained to boost the Japanese economy (Biswas, 2018).
