concerned
that company is effectively managing the HRM practices so that there could be
benefit attained by the Japanese company in the UK market. However, there is
the employee commitment; the company effectively focuses on the management
techniques of the JIT and Kaizen system, through encouraging the flexibility
and adaptability through the local cultural forces. In the UK the Japanese
company Toyota is using own Japanese employment model that is based on the
reward systems, the company has the own policy of building vehicles in the
domestic automobile market.
It
also needs to be concerned, that under the organizational structure Toyota is
focused on training the employees and with the encouragement in team working
the employees are provided with the benefits. Toyota management practices in
the UK also focus on the communication between workers so that there could be a
focus on the training, sharing of information etc. the vehicles are selling
according to the desire of the market and there is quality control in the work
standards. Moreover, it is analyzed that long-term training is provided to the
employees under effective management practices that are again based on the lean
system and manufacturing through JIT practices (Marksberry, 2012).
The
personnel organization in the UK has the own systematic structure, there is the
demand and increase quality of the Toyota cars, therefore, the market of
consumers is satisfied. It is known that Toyota in the UK is focused on the
quality control practices and there is a focus on the market and customer
promises under some standard operation. The production line is effectively
focused through the needs of quality assurance. In the UK the main techniques
of Toyota focus on the human resource management as well as the management
system or management techniques so that company could meet requirements and
there should be proper improvement and modifications in the processes (Alexandra Brintrup, et al., 2011).
