The
management practices in the USA by the Toyota; it is analyzed that country has
already adopted the technique and there are various industries that are getting
the benefit. It is analyzed that there are companies like Toyota in the US,
which is adopting the just-in-time manufacturing (JIT) practices; especially
there is considerable attention in North America. Through a focus on the
special production management practices it is noticed that Toyota in the US
market, is more concerned about the inventory and quality control so that there
could be better industrial relations (Obara & Wilburn, 2012).
However, the supplier-manufacturer are also
given values, so that operation of Kaizen and JIT management system that are
already involved in the US system unlike Japanese production methods can
provide a significant impact on the Toyota performance of U.S., there is the
implementation of JIT so that the company in the U.S can achieve high levels of
the international competitiveness and so that there could be better
manufacturing performance of the company. Toyota gets the benefit under the
production management and there is also the supplier-manufacturer practices so
that the Japanese business practices can effectively result in the long-term
business relationships. Management practices are effectively concerned by the
company in the U.S so that the Japanese management system is transferred or
adopted by the United States so then there could be a better response to the
external market issues and so that there could be employment equity under the
manufacturing industries. There is the effective performance of the U.S. Toyota
manufacturing plants and thus, by applying managerial and management principles
JIT and Kaizen American companies are getting the advantages (Biswas, 2018).
JIT and Kaizen in Toyota South Africa
For
the management practices of the Toyota in South Africa, it needs not to be
known that management practices are effectively concerned by the company in
southern Africa so that there could be better management of the Japanese
export. However, Toyota is effectively learning in South Africa so that there
could be better management of the reputation for superior quality. The South
Africa management is providing the good quality of Japanese goods so that
customer could gain the benefit and in return, the company can get high
productivity from the employees. Through a focus on South Africa, it needs to
be concerned that country since years learning from the Japanese management so
that there could be growth and so that there could be better management of the
human resource management.
South
Africa according to the culture of the country is effectively managing the
total quality control as well as the techniques of the just-in-time in order to
gain the benefits (Toyota-global.com, 2017). Moreover, it needs
to be noticed that procedures and techniques are followed by South Africa so
that company in the country could gain productivity and quality. It is also
analyzed that Toyota is facing the tensions in the management as there is lack
of focus on the management practices because in South Africa there is the high
inflation rate; which is also weakening the economy. South Africa is therefore,
for the management of the production using the JIT, Kaizen and other control
techniques so that there could be a surplus of workers and company (Otsuka, 2018).
