Through
focusing on the similarities of the management practices in the four countries,
it can be noticed that all four countries are using the management practices,
JIT, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing in order to gain the benefit. However, with
the discussion on the cross-country differences analysis in management
practices, it is known that Japan is most effectively the management practices
in Toyota Inc. Moreover, in this way, United State of America can be said to
similar in some way, as the strategies and management practices of the Toyota
Japan are effectively focused because Toyota Japan is best and using the
westernized version of JIT so that the benefits under the lean manufacturing.
Therefore, it needs to be noticed that there are benefits under the
mass-production systems to the two countries Japan and US.
However,
Japanese management techniques and following the cultural patterns and Toyota
in the US is applying these concepts example, just-in-time manufacturing (JIT)
practices so that there could be special production management practices.
Toyota in the US market is following the Japanese managerial techniques based
on the inventory and quality control for better industrial relations. thus, the
U.S achieving the high levels in the international competitiveness and in this
way, it could be concerned that there are few similarities in the US and Japan
Toyota as the cultural practices are different but management practices are
same because both are concerned to apply same JIT system.
