It can be concluded that Japan management techniques concerned to Toyota are best as the company is successful in the market. In comparison with the other countries, it needs to be noticed that US is following the footsteps of Japan and also focus to apply the westernized version of JIT like Japan for the benefits under the lean manufacturing. It can be noticed that in the UK the main techniques of Toyota focus on the human resource management and South Africa the management practices are according to the culture and company is struggling for managing the total quality control. Toyota in the southern Africa market is facing the tensions as there is the absence of effective management practices.
