Introduction of Pursuit of Happiness

        This paper aims to provide deep insights regarding the salespeople and their importance in the organization. In the article, the movie Pursuit of Happiness is discussed to analyze sales management. The report is divided into three sections. The first section of the article described the challenges faced by Chris Gardner in the movie. In the second section, the analysis of the film is performed in detail. In the last parts the risks are identified which Gardner faced in getting the job. Through this paper, the importance of sales and sales management can be clearly understood.
