The disputes as well as difference
of opinion are considered negative by South African work force, so an
organization should avoid such things most of the time. As far as competition
is concerned, it should be encouraged as South Africans like to take the
challenge of working in a competitive environment. The important thing for
dispute resolution is to follow the standards procedures given in labor laws of
South Africa to handle with any kind of disputes with employees. However, if
dispute can be settled between the employee and employer without going to
concern authorities can be the best strategy for an organization. When it comes
to disagreement and criticism, South African people don’t like to get
criticizes too much. You can disagree with them keeping a certain level of
respect, but an employer should keep in mind that they can’t degrade employees
by criticizing heavily. They have to find other ways to disagree with employees
and get things resolved on the table.
