Digital Talent Gap is very broadening.
We acknowledged that when a survey in a very
second organization that has the digital gap is widening. Approximately 54% of
an organization is agreed a digital gap talent is the hampering where the organization
has the loss of the competitive advantage. More than in the hard-digital skills,
the talent gap is pronounced in soft digital skills. According to 59% of employers, their organization lacks the employees
that possess the soft digital talented skill then the hard-digital talent skill
is around about 51%.
