The Long-Tail Strategy for IT Outsourcing

In this research article, the discussion is about the “long tail” that is the strategy for outsourcing. The model combines through the various keys for the innovative IT outsourcing by the dynamic variations along with the unrestricted number of smaller contacts by the various suppliers. Into the latest technologies, the long tail strategy could help the multinationals tap, in order to the rapid competitions. The outsourcing arrangements that is demanded the new approaches of governances due to the integrating services for the small suppliers.
