        If we look at today’s world we can see how competitive it is. Leadership are the skills which are crucial not only for professional development but for personal development as well. Leadership is one of the most important function of management which is helping an individual person or business for the achievement of maximum goals. Leadership itself is a word but it has many different meanings if we look from the eye of different authors. Commonly leadership is termed as influence which means that how people are getting influenced so that they can strive according to their will and with full zeal and zest to achieve their certain goals which are in the minds. Leadership is also a process in which inflecting is being done on different activities which can be formal or informal for setting a certain goal and then to achieve it.

        People want good leadership skills for different set of levels which include professional, social and personal. Personal leadership is a process which is helpful for the determination of person’s own desires, abilities and their strengths. In simple words it means that what a person aim to achieve in their life and after getting it how successful a person can be. One should know that how to achieve their certain goals no matter what people think or say about it. Personal leadership helps a person to make present better and to help getter better things in the future. (Yahaya 2018)

        Good leadership is not only important to achieve goals for own sake but this skill is very important to run a business as well. In many of the companies owners and leaders think that decision which has been taken on time and smartly are the key points to get success for the company. In all this they totally forget that the implementation of all the decisions plays an important role as much important thing is to make those decisions. Without applying any of the rules results can’t be achieved. There is a very famous saying which states that

“It’s easier to said than being done”

        Same is the case here, only making a decision can’t change anything until or unless they are being applied on time only then a change and achievement can be seen. Leadership is in one way a crucial thing in the implementation of decisions successfully and correctly.

Prince Al Waleed bin Talal

        Prince Al Waleed bin Talal is fifty one years old (born 7 March, 1955), Prince is a nephew of late king whose name is King Fahad of Saudi Arabia. (Culcnancyli88.wordpress.com 2014)

        Prince Al Waleed bin Talal comes on the 13th number is the list of richest people in the world. Prince took one his kingdom which holds company public, total estimate was being calculated and it came out to be raising of 2.3 Billion dollars. He has a long list in which he made different kind of investments.

        Prince Al Waleed is considered to be a champion of moderate Mo each Muslim identity and he is also known for the promoting of Muslim-Western dialogue which grants almost $20 million to each Harvard and George Town Universities for the Muslim study centers. He is not making donations to these universities but he is also known to give 500,000 dollars to the council which is in the American Islamic Relation also known as CAIR. This is an organization which was accused to have links with the Hamas.

        His father has not been afraid to directly challenge the Saudi royal establishment in pushing for political reform in the kingdom. In fact, he announced in September that he wanted to form a political party (which is illegal in Saudi Arabia), though this project is still in the making. Prince Talal was a leader of the ‘free princes’ movement in the 1950s and exiled to Egypt for his political activism and opposition to the monarchy. He has since been allowed to return home but continues to call for greater democracy within Saudi Arabia.

        Prince Al Waleed is one of the most powerful person having high influential voice within his own country Saudi Arabia and regional business communities although it doesn’t hurt to be a prince for himself, Al Waleed is a person calls himself a person who is self-made. He is a person who just took 30,000 dollars from his father as a loan just to start his own business. After his hard work and qualities of a perfect leader he founded his own business empire that is worth around $23 billion. He became a successful businessman after struggling 28 years of his life. His lifestyle roams around hectic and hard work. In his list of hobbies his favorite hobby is to do Work, Work and Work all of the time. (Ebrahim 2016)

        Prince Al Waleed in the Saudi royals is one of the most progressive man. He is very much comfortable in doing business not just only in Arab but in the west and Middle East as well. He is not afraid at all to use the Western Business practices like Layoffs, cost cutting and performance standards, all these are largely unheard of in a country Saudi Arabia.

        Many of the people around the world the world thinks about Prince Al Waleed that it is a difficult task to do business with him as he is very rich and he comes at high cost in the market. In a country, Kuwait there are many of the business leaders who tried their best to stop Price Talal from entering into the market. There is one thing to be remembered that all his ideas related to business comes from the local business partners as compared to the Western Business partners. Many people also think that he limit his partners as he is a billionaire and a prince as well but this statement and fact is wrong as businessman just invests his money by looking at the profits.

        Prince Al Waleed says that a successful businessman should have his aims and objective in the mind. After this strength is required to achieve those certain goals as well. He also says that at times you have to take such decisions as a leader which are not being liked by the other fellows or ordinary people but you need to take them for the betterment. A businessman just need guts to take any of the decision.

        Al Waleed has said that one of his proudest achievements is that his company, Kingdom Holding Company, has never been involved in a scandal. The Economist did an investigative report into al-Waleed's investments a few years back and questioned his famed acumen. However, like others who have tried to dig up dirt on Al Waleed, they had little success.
