In
this week’s lesson, I have learnt that positive emotions are very much related
to happiness and positive thinking. A person with positive emotions will always
look at bigger picture of things, which allows them to find solution for every
problem, whereas people with negative emotions just focus on problems. A person
can bring his/her best with positive emotions, which I believe is a great thing
to achieve bigger goals in life. It was great to learn that how positive
emotions can be great for one’s past, present and future. The positive emotions
help to achieve gratitude about the past, mindfulness about the present and optimism
about the future. Looking at these great benefits of positive emotions, I have
also tried to remain positive with happiness and emotions, and this practice
has reflected on my personality as well. My friends and family members have
noticed this change that I am more positive and happy about things these days.
