Engagement of Reflection Journal

This week’s lesson about engagement was again a great learning curve for me. I was able to understand this concept, the way I never understood before. When I look at my personality, I can say that I have engagement attribute in my personality, because when I do my favorite task, or look to handle any challenging task, I forget about everything else until the task is completed. It clearly means that do engage myself with all my character strengths. The one question in my mind is that how we can learn to develop character strengths, which we don’t possess. I think it is also important for everyone to know about his/her character strengths so that they can have flow in their life. To have a look at my own character strengths, I visited Via Character Website, where I took the survey for character strengths. This survey helped me to know about my character strengths in detail.
