It
was great to learn about relationships in this week’s lesson. It is important
for everyone to understand about relationships that how important they are. We
need relations with each other to survive. No one can survive alone on this
planet. So, I believe that we need to build strong relationships as Dr. Robert
Waldinger has gave use three lessons about relationships after his 75 years
long study. People with great relationship live longer with good health, and
stable marriages helps people to decrease their mental decline. Moreover, the
quality of relationships is crucial than quantity. I was wondering that how to
build strong relationships, but I also find the answer for that in the lesson
that emotional intelligence can help in this regard. We need to develop five
domains of emotional intelligence to build strong relationships. To know about
my own emotional intelligence, I gave the emotional intelligence test at
Greater Good Magazine website, which helped me a lot to understand about my own
strengths & weaknesses.
