Ooredoo Organization is
considered one of the most reliable and competent telecommunication and mobile
service providers in the whole world, especially Middle East Nations. They seem
to operate with the aim of bringing the company as the leader with high speed
rate of data and best connectivity technologies in Oman. In addition, they also
provide networking products and data services as their consumers are more
likely to prefer the providers that are able to deliver high quality internet
with simple and easy services. It can also be said that the company has a very
reliable and good infrastructure in the country and is earning revenues
efficiently (Mark N. K. Saunders 2010). But with the
constant advancement in the technology, the company is facing issues in various
areas.
One of the most prominent issues
that it is facing is all about the inefficient system of payroll and attendance
recording system that is prevalent in the organization. Although, this might
not seem as a big problem but it is causing problems for the worker in the firm
because it has become difficult to analyze just when a specific worker was
present in the company. There is another issue in the organization which is
concerned with the department of human resource management as workers with
insufficient knowledge about English language are being hired. Most of the
natives of Oman are not well-versed with the language. Most of the businesses
seem to communicate in English and it has become a problem for the organization.
However, this issue is not as big as the one in the management and recording of
payroll and attendance of the workers.
The company is striving almost
every single day for making an upgrade or enhancement in the lives of customers
by making their interconnection and communication easier, more versatile, and
rewarding. It is the goal of the company to provide better communication and
network to the Omanis. However, there are significant issues which are being
faced by the company and the most prominent one of them is concerned with the
inefficient tracking of attendance and payroll.
